We also have our own quality assurance procedures. We know that quality assurance and control depends on the actions of those working for us to maintain the quality of our services. We have therefore established a peer review ‘quality control circle’, whereby we undertake internal critical analysis of all instruments and reports.

We believe that our services offer excellent value for money. Our standard day rates are very competitive and we offer substantial discounts in a range of circumstances, including:

  • For extended contracts (of more than three months);
  • For Third Sector/VCS clients;
  • For work involving less senior input; and
  • For non-competitive work (i.e. work not requiring a formal tender process).
